Switchgear & Panels
Isolators, Air Break Switches, Horn Gap Fuses, and LT/HT electrical panels—manufactured for reliable performance in medium-voltage distribution and industrial applications.
Isolator
Isolators (disconnect switches) isolate equipment or circuits during maintenance under no-load conditions and provide visible isolation in substations and distribution networks. We manufacture isolators for 11 kV, 22 kV, and 33 kV systems for reliable outdoor performance.

Testing Approval
Tests carried out at Electrical Research & Development Association, Vadodara with IS-9921 (Part I to V) / IEC-60129 / IEC-62271-102:
- Short Time Current test for mains & earth switch
- Temperature Rise test
- Lightning Impulse Voltage Withstand test
- Dry Power Frequency Voltage Withstand test
- Wet Power Frequency Voltage Withstand test
- Mechanical Endurance test
- RIV Corona test
- Seismic test
- All type of AL Terminal Connectors are type tested
Features
- Sturdy construction
- Consistency in contact pressure and contact resistance over a long period
- Adjustable horn bars for engagement and disengagement of moving blade with fixed contact
- Withstand high static loads without deflection
- Individual stopper for alignment of moving blade with fixed contact on each phase
- Environmental protection for mechanism via a "closed canopy" encapsulating the turn & twist mechanism against rain, snow, dust, and foreign material
- Smooth operation for both banging and turn & twist designs
- Copper pipe for turn & twist movement with brass bushes acting as self-lubricant for smooth movement
Manual Operating Mechanism
- Operating handle with insulation (heat shrink for isolators; PVC sleeves for AB switches)
- Operating boxes IP-55 / IP-67, MS / AL / SS sheet (powder coated / painted)
- Interlocking arrangement
- Safety locks for mains and earth in open and close positions alternately
Motorized Operating Mechanism
- Motor and reduction worm gear coupled for higher output torque
- Overload protection
- Remote control optional
- Certified auxiliary switches
- Operating boxes IP-55 / IP-67; interlocking; safety locks as above

Both isolator mains and earth switch share a single operating mechanism design philosophy; common mechanisms can incorporate tandem pipe for all three phases. Installation is supported with guides for safe, fast erection without specialized tools. We also provide installation, erection, and retrofitting maintenance as required.
Air Break Switch (AB Switch) & Horn Gap Fuse
